Veneer Edging

What is veneer edging?

Veneer edging is a great way to cover the exposed edge of veneered MDF and other boards. It gives a realistic looking solid wood finish which can be used in a variety of applications, from worktops to cabinets.

All our edging is made from high quality veneer with invisible finger joints. We use different types of backing for ease of application.

What types of edging are available?

We have many different types of edging available:

What sizes and thicknesses are available?

We stock edging in 22mm, 29mm and 45mm widths. Rolls are 100m in length. We can also manufacture bespoke sizes upon request - any species in any width between 15 and 250mm.

Our edging can be supplied in any thickness - from 0.3mm (single layer) up to a maximum of 3mm thick.

Thick edging can be bevelled just like solid wood, with the advantage that edging is cheaper, more flexible and easier to use. You can see thick edging being produced in our video guide.

ABS and Melamine Edging

As well as veneer edging, we can supply AB Sand Melamine edging.

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is a high grade thermoplastic. It's water and heat resistant and difficult to damage, making it perfect for kitchens, bathrooms as well as other applications. It's also recyclable, making it a greener alternative to PVC edging.

As you can see, a multitude of colours are available to choose from.
